About Apple Health

Connect Apple Health to bring your iPhone and Apple Watch activity data into MissionPeak automatically.

What is the Apple Health integration?

The Apple Health integration lets MissionPeak read workout and activity data from Apple Health on iOS. Once connected, activity you've recorded with your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other Apple Health-connected apps can be used as a Record on MissionPeak.

What data is used for

  • Records — imported workouts (like distance, duration, and route where available) can be used as Records on MissionPeak. See About Records.
  • Challenges — progress toward a Challenge's goal can be calculated from Apple Health data, in addition to activity recorded directly in the app. See About Challenges.

Connecting Apple Health

  1. Go to Settings > Devices & Services.
  2. Select Apple Health.
  3. Grant the requested permissions in the iOS system prompt.
  4. Choose which data types to share with MissionPeak.

Managing or disconnecting Apple Health

  • Revisit Settings > Devices & Services any time to review what's connected.
  • Disconnect Apple Health to stop new data from syncing. Previously imported activity and Challenge progress isn't removed automatically.
  • You can also manage MissionPeak's permissions directly from the iOS Health app under Sharing > Apps.

Why connect Apple Health?

  • Skip manual entry — activity you've already recorded on your iPhone or Apple Watch counts automatically.
  • Keep Challenge progress up to date without opening a second app.
  • Choose exactly which data types to share.
