About Google Health Connect

Connect Google Health Connect to bring your Android activity data into MissionPeak automatically.

What is the Google Health Connect integration?

The Google Health Connect integration lets MissionPeak read workout and activity data from Health Connect on Android. Once connected, activity recorded by other apps that sync to Health Connect can be used as a Record on MissionPeak.

What data is used for

  • Records — imported workouts (like distance, duration, and route where available) can be used as Records on MissionPeak. See About Records.
  • Challenges — progress toward a Challenge's goal can be calculated from Health Connect data, in addition to activity recorded directly in the app. See About Challenges.

Connecting Google Health Connect

  1. Go to Settings > Devices & Services.
  2. Select Google Health Connect.
  3. Grant the requested permissions in the Android system prompt.
  4. Choose which data types to share with MissionPeak.

Managing or disconnecting Google Health Connect

  • Revisit Settings > Devices & Services any time to review what's connected.
  • Disconnect Google Health Connect to stop new data from syncing. Previously imported activity and Challenge progress isn't removed automatically.
  • You can also manage MissionPeak's permissions directly from the Health Connect app under App permissions.

Why connect Google Health Connect?

  • Skip manual entry — activity you've already recorded in other Android apps counts automatically.
  • Keep Challenge progress up to date without opening a second app.
  • Choose exactly which data types to share.
